Procurement Act 2023

UK procurement regulations are changing on 24th February 2025The new regulations (Procurement Act 2023) will replace and update the current regime (Public Contracts Regulations 2015).

As a supplier this may affect how you buy from the West of England Combined Authority and other contracting authorities.
