How to apply

Applications are currently closed, and details of a second call for funding will follow shortly.

The fund is seeking applications from organisations who can collaborate to co-design and co-deliver innovative approaches to address the skill shortages across our key sectors. These can be new or existing collaborations and can consist of any combination of employers, training providers, colleges, universities, sector representatives and/or other community or charity organisations – there is no set formula.

Applications are currently closed. Previously entered applications must:

  • Have been received by 12 noon on Monday 27th February. Any application not fully completed or submitted after this date and time will be disregarded by the Authority
  • Have been submitted electronically to both skills@westofengland-ca.gov.uk and graham.smith@westofengland-ca.gov.uk including the words “Skills Bootcamps” in the subject line
  • Include a ‘read receipt’ to all applications submitted. You will receive a formal email receipt of your application no more than 2 working days after submission. If you did not receive this you should contact Graham Smith at graham.smith@westofengland-ca.gov.uk

Please note: Any questions raised during the application process that are not commercially sensitive will be published publicly on our webpage as part of an FAQ document.

If you have any questions about this application, or require documentation in another format, please direct these to Graham Smith at skills@westofengland-ca.gov.uk including “Skills Bootcamps” in the title.
