The West of England Combined Authority (WECA) is organising a Regional Transport Forum on Thursday 26 September, at Kingswood Civic Centre. The forum starts at 4.30pm and will run until 6pm.
The forum is an opportunity for members of the public to hear, and ask questions, about transport services across the region, which includes the Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol City and South Gloucestershire council areas.
Anyone interested in attending should register via Eventbrite bit.ly/2m8agv3 by 5pm on 25 September. You can also register by phone on 0117 428 6210. Due to limited space, it is essential that you register beforehand and bring proof of registration when you attend.
West of England Mayor, Tim Bowles, will host the forum and attendees will hear from representatives of Stagecoach, First Bus, Great Western Railway and Network Rail. There will also be an update from the Combined Authority on transport work it is leading in the region.
There will be opportunities to ask questions of any of the transport operators or the Combined Authority. Questions should be pre-submitted while registering.
