‘Developing the Business Case for Automation Adoption’ focuses on automation giving an awareness of the types of automation solutions out there and how & why they might be used. Alongside this, an overview of the related costs and wider considerations around adopting these solutions is presented to help you develop the skills to develop a business case specific to your business.

Each of these courses is online and self-paced to fit around your existing commitments with a duration of approximately 3 hours.
