‘Digitising your Manufacturing Business’ is tailored to manufacturing business of all sizes with three modules aimed at providing an understanding the benefits of digitisation, how the technologies can generate value and how your own action plan for digital deployment can be developed.
‘Developing the Business Case for Automation Adoption’ focuses on automation giving an awareness of the types of automation solutions out there and how & why they might be used. Alongside this, an overview of the related costs and wider considerations around adopting these solutions is presented to help you develop the skills to develop a business case specific to your business.
Each of these courses is online and self-paced to fit around your existing commitments with a duration of approximately 3 hours. The courses were developed by the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) with a SME audience in mind, particularly for businesses looking to take their first step towards Industry 4.0.
