What support you'll receive
Support may include help with areas such as digital marketing, websites, ecommerce, CRM and business systems, data and accounting software, automation, and AI.
Businesses accepted onto the programme will receive specialist support through one of two routes, assigned after application as part of the pilot:
- One-to-one consultancy with an experienced tech adoption consultant.
- In-depth digital diagnostics.
- Tailored practical support.
- Expert-led workshops covering a range of key digital topics.
- Practical learning based on real business challenges.
- Opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing.
Depending on the route assigned, the business will either receive four expert-led workshops or regular one-to-one support from a specialist consultant.
