HR Essentials is a fully funded programme that provides SMEs across the region with expert HR advice and guidance, funded by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority.
Launched in collaboration with Cool Ventures and HR Dept, HR Essentials will provide eligible businesses with:
Professional advice on creating essential documentation such as contracts, staff handbooks, and policies.
Guidance on staff development and retention.
Support with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assistance in understanding and applying employment laws.
Tools for performance management.
Training on effective communication and team dynamics.
Based in the West of England (Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, or South Gloucestershire)
