The West of England Combined Authority is working in partnership with the local councils to provide start ups, small businesses and aspiring business owners with the support they need to get set for success.

The Local Authority Business Start Up and Development Service (formerly known as Universal Business Support) is free, and open to all entrepreneurs, start up businesses and established SMEs in the West of England - that’s Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
