Training is free for eligible employees. We may also be able to identify funding for non-eligible employees through other projects.

You will need to:

  • Help identify eligible staff within your company
  • Support them through any training
  • Promote the scheme inside and outside your organisation

The training of eligible employees could be geared towards the skills you need to grow your business. Investing in your staff will show that you value their contribution. Employees that feel valued are more motivated and engaged leading to less absenteeism and greater productivity. Staff turnover will be less reducing your recruitment costs.

You will be invited to tailored workshops and networking events to promote shared learning. As part of the scheme we will support you with information templates and guides to quickly and easily enhance your HR policies.

We will work with you to identify which employees are eligible, recognise their needs and arrange for them to receive the training they require.

Providing your employees meet the eligibility criteria, Future Bright may fund training providing it leads to employee progression.
