That was when Kim turned to Future Bright for support. Our career progression coaching have been working with local residents throughout the pandemic, helping those like Kim whose jobs or businesses have been impacted by social distancing and lockdown.
Kim worked with her career progression coach, Chris to plan how she could adjust her business model to make it profitable while following to Covid restrictions. Chris was a valuable support and sounding board to help Kim make changes to her business, allowing her to run Covid-secure workshops. Also Chris directed Kim to funding and training, and with his support, she is now planning how she can set up an online teaching offer.
