Creating a business plan – Anna from Bath and North East Somerset
Anna is a professional jewellery designer and maker. She contacted Future Bright because she felt that she needed to develop her organisational skills and business knowledge to be able to grow her business.
Anna was matched with Careers Progression Coach, Ramona, and together they began to break down Anna’s business growth goals into small, achievable tasks. Anna then began to write a business plan.
Ramona linked Anna up with small business specialists, Cool Ventures. She attended one of Cool Ventures funded social marketing webinars. Ramona was also able to help Anna access a small amount of funding to buy equipment to enable her to sell her jewellery at a local floating market.
Through working with Future Bright & Cool Ventures Anna feels that, "things are a lot more organised and I am beginning to find it easier to focus on my work and how to promote it effectively."
